Summer barbecue bash a big hit!

We take great pride in the arts for working hard and playing hard. The chefs in our Celebrity Chef Cooking Class series take it to the next level! Last night, Sean Murray of YEW seafood + bar turned up the heat on the grill and elevated barbecue standards—short ribs, prawns, and chicken—to fine-dining dishes for 30 hungry and inquisitive guests. Guest gathered poolside to watch and lend a hand as Sean and his assistants created a summer feast, our largest cooking class of the year!
